My personal favorites are The Atom Witch by Noodles & WuXixiang and The Boss (which is more focused on PA), by yours truly. I have recently had an itch to get back into fallout 4 and was looking to play a melee orientated build (preferably power armour focused) as my first character was Guns/Metal Armour focused. Hey guys long time lurker first time poster here, Domino is a VATS centric high sniper damage build. The Heavy is a Railroad oriented sniper build. My Neuromancer combines stealth, sniping and charisma's pacify perks to create a psychic infiltrator (mind control and telekinesis) reminiscent of the ghost units from Starcraft. 
There are three sniper builds which come to mind: my Neuromancer, Albino's Heavy and Mason's Domino. Personally I recommend the Railroad faction because they feel like the only good (-ish) guys out of the three factions (not including the Minutemen here). I am a Skyrim fanatic who is interested in Fallout 4 (both on the PS4), and my current favorite Fallout build idea is a sniper.Īre there some good pre-made builds that favor the sniper?īTW, these builds need to be for Fallout 4 for the PS4.
